Join Our Team as a UI/UX Designer – Web & Mobile (Visakhapatnam)

Are you a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer passionate about designing seamless digital experiences? Mylas Technologies is hiring skilled professionals with 2–4 years of product design experience to join our design and development team in Visakhapatnam. You will shape user-friendly, scalable interfaces and collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to bring ideas to life.

Responsibilities

Design user flows, wireframes, low/high-fidelity prototypes, and UI screens in Figma.
Create responsive design systems for both web and mobile applications.
Conduct user research and translate insights into intuitive design solutions.
Work with developers to ensure seamless handoff from design to implementation.
Maintain design standards, style guides, and reusable component libraries.
Analyze UX problems and propose refined interface improvements.
Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile technologies and React Native updates
Participate in Agile ceremonies, reviews, and design discussions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Design / Computer Science / related field (preferred).
2–4 years of experience in UI/UX design for product-based applications.
Strong portfolio demonstrating real project work on dashboards or SaaS applications.
Excellent understanding of modern UI/UX principles, typography & layouts.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaborative skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience designing AI dashboards or enterprise SaaS products.
Knowledge of usability testing tools and user research methodology.
Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG).
Motion/animation skills using tools After Effects.
Understanding of component-based design systems.
